Bereket Farmstead LLC ("Bereket Farmstead," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to bereket.farm and its pages.
Information you give us
We only collect personal information when you choose to send it through one of our forms:
- Contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, a subject and your message.
- Product availability request form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the product you're asking about, the quantity you'd like, and an optional message.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information, and we ask that you not include them in messages. This website does not process payments.
How we use it
We use what you send us to:
- Reply to your question or request
- Let you know about the availability of the products you asked about
- Arrange a farm visit or pickup, if we offer one and you request it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you specifically ask to be added. We do not currently offer a mailing list.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website:
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives and stores form submissions on our behalf through Netlify Forms. Netlify may use automated spam-filtering services to screen submissions. We receive notifications of new submissions by email. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- Email provider. When our business email is set up, replies to your messages will be sent and stored through our email provider.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media tracking pixels, and this website does not set cookies. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third-party font or image services. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
Share buttons on Farm Journal articles are plain links. Nothing is sent to Facebook, X, Pinterest or any other service unless you click one of them, which takes you to that service's website.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and related email only as long as we need them to respond to you and handle your request, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use our contact form and choose "Other" as the subject. We will confirm the request and respond within a reasonable time.
Security
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are stored with our hosting provider rather than on public pages. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our location
Bereket Farmstead is a family farm on private property in Willow Spring, North Carolina. To protect our family's privacy, we do not publish our street address. Any pickup or visit details are shared privately and only after an arrangement has been confirmed.

We may update this policy as the website or our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
